A low-cost weld current analyzer with improved features and accuracy. Inhouse product for the customer which could replace the expensive OTS product to use with their weld controller equipment.

The solution was based on measuring the current through the secondary winding of the weld transformer with a Rogowski coil. A complete reengineering of the signal processing approach by replacing hardware controls with software with greater flexibility and accuracy due to software signal processing.
