Job Description:
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to design and evaluate embedded hardware for emerging industrial and consumer electronic devices. You'll develop validation and characterization test plans for embedded hardware modules with cross-functional, distributed engineering teams. The candidate would be responsible for

Design, develop, test and debug digital, analog, and RF based circuits.

Take responsibility for the design and overall quality of the hardware.

Work with software teams on device bring-up and development.

Preparation of design requirements document, design document, test plan document related to hardware.
Mandatory Skills:
-
Strong fundamentals of electronics and communication technologies
-
Familiar with circuit analysis, analog, RF and digital designs
-
Knowledge on power supply design (Buck, boost, buck/boost design)
-
Knowledge on ADC and DAC
-
Knowledge on 8, 16 and 32bit MCU
-
Basic awareness about design and development cycles of hardware products and systems

Familiar with any of the Schematic and PCB designing tools (preferably – KiCAD/Altium)

Familiar with any of the circuit simulation tools

Familiar with hardware debugging and bring-up
-
Knowledge on Technical Documentations

Being agile & flexible to switch between different projects
-
Should have worked on one project from design to delivery.
Desired Skills:

Preferably worked in industrial automation domain and sensor-based systems.

Knowledge on IoT based systems

Basics of programming/debugging skills
-
Ability to lead the team & handle the project and own all technical aspects of design and development of systems from scratch.

Meticulous and very organized.

Worked on 2-3 project from starting of project to delivery of the project (depending on the experience)
