Auto Electrical Test Bench
The test benches used for testing the alternator and starters are manually operated where the operators manually vary the test parameters and note down the parameter to validate the test results.
Implantaire designed system performs a complete test of both alternator and starter automatically and indicates if the test is pass or fail. The automated test eradicates the human errors that are made in present test benches and it also incorporates all the safety conditions.
The testing of the alternator includes its free run test, warning lamp test, load test and the starter test includes a free run test and short circuit test.
