Implantaire forms a SBU for Mechanical Product Design & Engineering Services

The Management has decided to form Product Design & Engineering Services as SBU. This decision was taken keeping, the performance of the Mechanical
Department & Market Growth in mind.
The Mechanical Department was initially formed to aid the Electronic Product Design Team, over
last two years; the Mechanical Department grew multifold in terms of people and Capabilities.
Over last three quarters, the Department is bidding and handling exclusive Mechanical Product
Design, Engineering Services projects independently and successfully delivering to various
customers.
The PDES will be headed by Mr. Shubha Chethan S, who was earlier heading the Mechanical
Department. An alumnus of National Institute of Engineering, Mr. Shubha Chethan has worked
earlier with Engineering Giant, Larsen & Toubro and WeP (formally known as Wipro E Peripherals).
Mr. Shubha Chethan, in his presentation to the board proposed to initially target the Domestic
Market.
ABOUT PDES, PDES has a team of qualified engineers, trained in specific domains, with an ability to
work on, Product Design, Engineering Analysis, Reverse Engineering, Value Engineering and
Optimization, Jigs and Fixture Design, Tool Development, Drafting, 3D Modeling and Legacy
Conversion.
ABOUT IMPLANTAIRE TECHNOLOGIES (I) PRIVATE LIMITED - Implantaire, is an ISO 9001:2000
Electro-Mechanical design Services Company with offices in Texas, USA and Mysore in India.
About 60% of all projects handled by Implantaire are R & D based projects, rest are re-design /
reengineering & design audit activity based projects.
